You don't want to buy this if you customize left (or right) scroll to double click. It exists in V200, but missing from v450. The standard double click didn't work until I plugged in my old v200 and messed around.

Logitech support said Google uberoptions and install it. It works perfectly. I'm happy now. Get more detail about Logitech V450 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Silver).
