Wacom builds a superior product and the help desk support is excellent even tolerating the fact that I complained that I had dropped my pen and it broke. These pens are quite delicate and weigh very little , I would like more weight to the pen.
The wacom pads and pens are essential if you use any graphic software , I use mine all of the time instead of a mouse. I use the pens on both an Imac and a mac book pro. Also on an xp machine.
I have used a wacom tablet / pen for over fourteen years now. I replaced one of the two pens.
Don't drop , tap hard or handle roughly any of their pens.
Superb product , well made , nicely presented and easy to use. I use the cheapest of the line and it is fine for high end work.
