It doesn't get any easier than this folks. I have 3, two on XP, one on Vista. From the box to work in 5 min.(had to unpack it) READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! You have to (need to) download the recovery disk program from the web and burn a cd. Piece of cake. Program is good for XP and Vista recovery. This thing is GREAT.

To start off, it's a complete waste of money.
The cooler is extremely noisy, and makes awful screeching sounds depending on the placement of the laptop.
It doesn't support my laptop well, at all.
It gives off an awful burning smell.
It does not keep my laptop cool, and gets hot on the bottom making it uncomfortable to prop against legs.
It's terribly flimsy, and as I type it makes awful noises from the light weight of my fingers pushing the buttons.
