
This thumb drive is limited in a number of ways. First, the USB plug-in area has a very wide base just distal to the USB adapter portion of the product. This creates a problem when using the thumb drive and a laptop (such as a MacBook Pro) with any other USB peripheral. Essentially, it takes up two spots because of the width. Second, the drive is partitioned. In actuality, I think it is two separate flash drives stored inside the device because there is no way to format and merge the separate 32 GB portions of the drive. Finally, the biggest problem is the slow data transfer rates. It makes transferring large files very painful. It's not necessary to purchase a really high end drive to get decent data transfer rates. I've used the Kingston Data Traveler, the SanDisk Cruiser, and the Corsair Flash Voyager with much better results.
